Tragic Stabbing on Arnold Road: Man Dies Overnight
At 10.17pm on Sunday, March 5, police rushed to reports of a stabbing on Arnold Road, N15. Officers and London Ambulance Service found a 25-year-old man with serious stab wounds.
The victim was treated at the scene before being rushed to hospital. Sadly, he died later that night. While formal ID is pending, the man is believed to be 25-year-old Jordan Briscoe. His family has been informed and is receiving specialist support.
Horror on the Streets: Homicide Probe Underway
A homicide investigation is now underway, led by Detective Chief Inspector Linda Bradley of Specialist Crime.
DCI Linda Bradley said: “My heartfelt sympathies go to Jordan’s family and friends. We have specialist support in place and will do everything possible to bring those responsible to justice.”
“Cordons are in place as officers carry out detailed forensic work. We are searching the area and collecting all CCTV footage that might help.”
“I urge anyone who saw suspicious activity near Arnold Road or Philip Lane to come forward. Many locals have already helped, and those wishing to stay anonymous can contact Crimestoppers.”
Community on Edge: Police Urge Witnesses to Speak Out
Detective Chief Superintendent Caroline Haines, heading the Met’s North Area Command Unit, added:
“Our officers are speaking with local residents and conducting house-to-house enquiries. Anyone with information or concerns should contact the police.”
“I have met community leaders to share information and listen to concerns. We are committed to working closely together as this investigation progresses.”
