Detectives Hunt Key Witness in Pinner Shopkeeper Murder

Police are on the lookout for a crucial witness after a shopkeeper was fatally stabbed in Pinner. At around 6am on Sunday, 24 March, 54-year-old Ravi Katharkamar was found with fatal stab wounds in Marsh Road. Despite emergency services rushing to the scene, he tragically died there.

Bright Yellow Jacket Man Could Crack the Case

Officers have released a photo of a man they want to track down. He was spotted near West End Avenue around 5:55am, heading towards Eastcote Road, wearing a bright yellow jacket. Importantly, police say this man is not a suspect but could hold vital information to aid the investigation.

Police Plea: Witnesses Urged to Come Forward

“This man is not being treated as a suspect but we believe he may have information that could help us with our investigation,” said Detective Sergeant Alastair Watson of the Met’s Homicide and Major Crime Command. “We would urge him or anyone who can identify him to come forward and speak to us on 0208 358 0200.”
