Man Arrested Over Fatal Chester Road Stabbing
28-Year-Old Detained in Solihull
Police swooped last night and arrested a 28-year-old man in Solihull. He’s now in custody, being questioned over the shocking death of 50-year-old Mr Ward.
Victim Found with Fatal Stab Wounds
The victim was discovered on Chester Road around 8.15pm on Tuesday, 18 April, suffering from fatal stab wounds. Emergency services were at the scene, but sadly he could not be saved.
Teen Also Held Over Murder Inquiry
Authorities have also extended questioning of a 16-year-old male previously arrested on suspicion of murder. Detectives remain tight-lipped but are continuing their probe.
Police Call for Witnesses
Officers urge anyone with information to come forward and assist the investigation. “We need your help to piece this tragedy together,” a spokesperson said.
