Woman Stabbed to Death in Lewisham – Suspect in Custody
Tragedy struck in Lewisham on Tuesday afternoon when a woman in her 30s was found fatally stabbed at a home on Tanner’s Hill, SE8. Police were called at 3.39pm after concerns for her welfare.
Emergency Services Rush to Scene
Officers arrived alongside London Ambulance Service and London’s Air Ambulance, but despite their best efforts, the woman was pronounced dead at the scene. Her next of kin have been informed.
Man Arrested – Police Say Victim and Suspect Knew Each Other
A 33-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in police custody. Authorities confirm the victim and suspect were known to one another. At this stage, police are not looking for anyone else.
