Suspect Released on Bail as Police Probe Continues in Anglesey

Arrested Person Now on Conditional Bail

A suspect arrested in connection with the ongoing investigation in North West Anglesey has been released on conditional police bail. Police enquiries are still active as detectives work to piece together what happened.

Investigation Underway, Community Support Appreciated

Detective Chief Superintendent Gareth Evans said: “Clearly this is an awful time for family members and friends. Our thoughts are with them, and the family are being supported by specially trained officers.”

“I would like to thank the local community and the wider public for the information they have provided so far.”

No Ongoing Threat, But Police Need Your Help

Police stress that this appears to be an isolated incident with no continuing danger to the public. Officers will remain in the area throughout the week to continue their enquiries.

Detectives are especially keen to speak to anyone travelling by vehicle who might have dashcam footage from North West Anglesey between the early hours of Friday 22nd April 2022 and early afternoon.
