Nottingham Kidnap Horror: Victim Beaten, Family Threatened
On October 29, 2022, a man was snatched from his own home in Nottingham’s Hyson Green area. He was later viciously assaulted by a gang. Horrifyingly, threats were made against his family unless money was returned.
Victim Makes Daring Escape
Despite the danger, the man managed to escape his captors. Police acted fast, arresting three suspects on charges of kidnapping, false imprisonment, and assault causing actual bodily harm. The men remain in custody as the investigation continues.
Police Urge Public to Help Identify Suspects
“This was a very serious and violent incident, and we are determined to get justice for the victim,” said Detective Constable Rebecca Brosgarth of Nottinghamshire Police.
“We need to speak to the two men pictured urgently as our investigation into the incident continues. Do you know either of these two men? If so, contact police immediately.”
