Fatal Crash on Bracklesham Lane: Police Hunt Witnesses
Police are urgently appealing for witnesses after a deadly multi-vehicle smash on the B2198 Bracklesham Lane, Bracklesham Bay, near Chichester. The crash happened just before 8.45pm on Wednesday, 31 July.
Three Cars Involved, One Man Dead
The collision involved a silver Volkswagen Eos convertible, a grey Alfa Romeo GT, and a silver Nissan Qashqai. Tragically, a man in the VW died at the scene. Another man from the same car was rushed to Southampton General Hospital and remains in a critical condition.
Five Others Injured Across Three Hospitals
Five other people were hurt, with injuries ranging from minor to serious. They were treated at three different hospitals across the south.
