Tragic Murder in Maidstone: Father of Two Fatally Stabbed Outside Home

Shocking news from Shepway, Maidstone, where Jamie Simmons, a beloved father of two, was brutally stabbed to death outside his home on Monday evening.
Friends identified the victim as Jamie, who was attacked by two men at his property. Despite quick efforts by emergency services, Jamie died at the scene after suffering multiple stab wounds.
Crime Scene and Arrests Underway
Kent and Essex Major Crime teams have launched a full murder investigation. A crime scene is still in place at the Cambridge Crescent address.
Two suspects, both known to Jamie, have been arrested and remain in police custody as inquiries continue.

Kent Police Appeal for Information
Kent Police confirmed the stabbing occurred around 9:15pm on Monday, 4 May 2020. Officers and the South East Coast Ambulance Service responded quickly but could not save Jamie.
