Tragic Crash on A20 Claims Two Young Lives
A horror collision on the A20 Main Road at around 4pm on Monday, 31 July 2023, has left two young men dead.
Red Ford Escort and Silver Panel Van Collide Head-On
A red Ford Escort was heading east when it smashed into a silver Ford Panel van coming the other way. Emergency crews, including the South East Coast Ambulance Service, rushed to the scene. Unfortunately, the two men in the Escort, aged just 19 and 20, were pronounced dead at the scene.
Meanwhile, the two men in the van escaped with injuries, but thankfully, their condition is not serious. Both were taken to hospital for treatment.
Police Launch Serious Collision Probe – Need Your Footage!
The Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) is on the case and is urging anyone who witnessed the crash or has CCTV or dashcam footage to come forward. This could be crucial in piecing together what happened.
