Tragedy Strikes Near Knockaconny
A man in his 50s died instantly in a horrific two-car smash on the N12 in Co Monaghan early Saturday morning. The fatal collision happened near Knockaconny at around 11:15am IST.
Victim Dies at the Scene
The driver and sole occupant of one vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene. Meanwhile, two passengers from the other car were rushed to hospital with injuries, thankfully not life-threatening.
