Police hunt woman after purse theft at Horsham charity shop

Police are on the lookout for a woman in connection with a purse theft at a Horsham charity shop. The robbery happened in East Street between 12.15pm and 12.20pm on Tuesday, September 20.

Who are they after?

The suspect is described as a slim woman aged between 25 and 30, about 5’6” tall, with long straight brown hair. She wore a knee-length navy blue parka coat trimmed with brown fur on the hood, light blue skinny jeans, and white trainers.

Police plea for information

PC Claire Middleton said: “We believe the woman we have identified has information which will help our investigation. If you know her identity, please get in contact with us. The victim was wrongly advised not to report the crime. If you’ve been targeted by something similar, no matter how small, please report it online or call 101 as soon as possible.”
