M3 Motorway SHUT in Both Directions Near Winchester
Chaos on the M3! Hampshire Police have slammed the brakes on the motorway in both directions between Junction 9 (Winchester) and Junction 10. The closure’s been in place since just after 2am Sunday night and is still ongoing.
