Man Seriously Injured in Brutal Bottle Attack Outside Basingstoke Pub

A 38-year-old man suffered a fractured skull after being struck on the head with a bottle outside The Beacon pub in Basingstoke.

Attack Details

The violent incident happened between 11pm and 11.32pm on Friday, May 10, on Kings Road. The victim, from Basingstoke, was hit from behind, knocked unconscious, and rushed to hospital for emergency surgery.

Suspect on the Run

Police say the suspect is a black male, aged 20-25. Officers are asking anyone who was near The Beacon that night to come forward.
