Hit-and-Run Horror in East London – Teen Left Fighting for Life
Teen Struck by Car on Scott Street
At around 5pm on Monday, 20 July, police rushed to Scott Street, E1 after London Ambulance Service reported a serious road traffic collision. An 18-year-old male pedestrian was hit by a car and suffered severe injuries.
Driver Flees the Scene
The injured teen was rushed to an East London hospital where he remains in critical condition. Meanwhile, the motorist responsible made a getaway, believed to have escaped in a separate vehicle.
Investigation Underway, No Arrests Yet
So far, police say no one else was hurt in the incident. Officers are hunting the hit-and-run driver. No arrests have been made yet.
