Man stabbed in Carshalton as police hunt two suspects

Violent Disturbance on Tweeddale Road

Police are investigating after a man was found with stab wounds following a row on Tweeddale Road, Carshalton, on Saturday afternoon.

Officers were called at 2:51pm on 8 March after reports of an altercation between a man and a woman. Upon arrival, officers discovered the victim with minor stab injuries.

Victim Stable, Woman Arrested

The injured man received treatment at the scene before being rushed to hospital. His injuries are not thought to be life-threatening or life-changing.

A 32-year-old woman was arrested at the scene on suspicion of aggravated burglary and taken into custody for questioning.

Police Hunt Two More Suspects

Detectives confirmed at least two other suspects remain at large. Efforts to track them down are ongoing.

A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said: “Enquiries remain ongoing. We urge anyone who witnessed the incident or who may have information that could assist the investigation to come forward.”
