Police Hunt Violent Suspect Linked to Charlton Attack
Manhunt Underway for Liam Cowan
Police are urgently looking for Liam Cowan, 30, wanted over a brutal assault at a Charlton address on 30 December 2018. Cowan, who has no fixed address, is described as slim and muscular with dark hair. Since the incident, he may have grown a beard.
Known Links to Croydon and Greenwich
Cowan has ties to Croydon and Greenwich and is believed to be working as a labourer in the same area. He hails from the North East and speaks with a distinct newcastle/" title="Newcastle" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Newcastle accent.
Police Appeal for Public Help
Detective Constable Matthew Wain said: “Our efforts to find Mr Cowan have so far been unsuccessful, and we need information from the public to help locate him. If you have seen Mr Cowan, we would urge you to get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will treat any information provided in the strictest confidence.”
