The violent assault happened at 7.55pm on 21 October. A woman in her 40s was approached by a man outside the pub before he knocked her to the ground in a shocking act of violence.

Quick-thinking witnesses leapt to the woman’s aid immediately after the attack. Police are now scouring CCTV footage to track down and arrest the suspect.
