A man has been arrested in Golders Green on suspicion of a racially aggravated public order offence after a terrifying late afternoon rampage.
Chaos on Golders Green Road
At around 5:30 PM on Sunday, police were called to Golders Green Road following reports of a man acting erratically. The suspect allegedly tried to punch passers-by while shouting in Arabic outside Jewish-owned shops, sparking panic in the area.

Officers quickly swooped in, searching the area with help from local residents and partners. They nabbed a suspect nearby and confirmed no one else is being sought in connection with the incident.
