New Year’s Day Assault in Maidstone: CCTV Images Released
Chaos erupted around 4am on New Year’s Day in Market Buildings, Maidstone, when a man in his 20s was attacked by a stranger wielding a weapon. The victim suffered cuts to his head and ear before being rushed to hospital.
Police Hunt Suspect After Early Morning Attack
PC Katie Poulter from Maidstone CID said they have been scouring CCTV footage and are now releasing blurred images of a man who could be key to cracking the case. “We’re hoping someone will recognise him and come forward,” she urged.
