32-Year-Old on the Run
Willoughby, 32, is wanted after breaking his licence conditions and being recalled to prison. Described as white, 5ft 7ins tall, with a slim build and short brown hair, he remains at large.
Known to Frequent Yorkshire Areas
He has known links to Parkgate in Rotherham, Balby in Doncaster, and Driffield in the East Riding of Yorkshire. Police are keen to track him down.
