Police are hunting for witnesses after a serious sexual assault rocked Morden Hall Park on the evening of Monday, April 14.
16-Year-Old Boy Held Over Assault Near Morden Road
A 16-year-old boy is in custody, arrested on suspicion of a serious sexual assault. The attack happened near the Morden Road (A24) exit, right opposite Morden Hall Medical Centre, around 6:00pm.
Police Urge Witnesses to Speak Up
Detectives are desperate to hear from anyone who was nearby and saw or heard anything suspicious. A police spokesperson said:
“We’re keen to speak to anyone who was in or around Morden Hall Park near the Morden Road exit on Monday evening. Even small details could be vital to our investigation.”
