Police Hunt Man Over Sheffield Gate Vandalism Spree
South Yorkshire Police have launched a probe after a string of deliberate damages to an electric gate sensor in Sheffield’s Beighton area. Officers released CCTV images of a man they urgently want to question.
Blow Torch Used in Latest Incident
The attacks happened on three dates: February 25, April 24, and most recently, June 10. In the latest incident, the suspect allegedly used a blow torch to cause significant damage to the gate on Tye Road.
Who Is the Suspect?
Police describe the man as a white male in his early to mid-30s, with a proportionate build and short black hair. Anyone recognising him is urged to come forward immediately.
