Police are appealing for witnesses after a fail-to-stop collision on Ridding Rise, Huddersfield.
Officers were called at 18.30 on Wednesday 5 July to reports a black coloured e-bike had been in collision with a 14-year-old male pedestrian.
The e-bike failed to stop at the scene.
The 14-year-old was taken to hospital in a serious but stable condition.
The e-bike left the scene in the direction of Riddings Road.
