Girl Bitten by Mysterious Dog in Kettering

A young girl was walking along Whiteford Drive, Kettering, at around 3.30pm on Tuesday, December 1, when a dog suddenly approached her from behind.

The dog seemed to be roaming without an owner and had no collar. It tried to get the girl’s attention, but she kept walking and ignored it.

Dog Attack Leaves Girl with Finger Injury

Without warning, the dog bit the girl, causing a painful puncture wound to one of her fingers.

Witnesses describe the dog as tall, muscular, brown, and quite large.

Police Urge Public to Step Forward

Northamptonshire Police are appealing for information. Anyone who knows the dog’s owner or has details about the attack should call 101.
