Corrosive Liquid Thrown Over Fence at Southampton School Sparks Police Probe
Hampshire Police are hunting suspects after a bottle of corrosive liquid was hurled over the fence at Springwell School’s temporary site in Southampton.

The shocking attack took place on the morning of Tuesday, December 3, 2019, between 10am and 10.15am at the school’s Yeovil Chase location.
Police Take No Chances
Officers say they understand the incident has caused serious concern among staff, pupils, and parents across Southampton.
A police spokesperson said: “We are taking the incident very seriously.”
Patrols around the school have been beefed up as cops work closely with school officials to track down those responsible.
