Tragic Pedestrian Death in Ascot Crash

Thames Valley Police are hunting witnesses after a fatal smash in Ascot late Saturday. At about 11.30pm on October 21, a 76-year-old local man was hit by two cars on Kings Ride, near Prince Albert Drive.

76-Year-Old Dies at Scene

The victim, a senior from Ascot, was pronounced dead at the spot. His family have been informed. The drivers of the Volkswagen Sharan and Ford Focus escaped unharmed.

Police Urge Witnesses to Come Forward

Sergeant Grant Thomas from the Roads Policing unit said, “If you saw the fatal collision or spotted a man walking along Kings Ride around that time, please get in touch.”
