Two Arrested After Brutal Wembley Murder Shocks Local Community
Stabbing Horror on Wembley High Road
Just before 1am on Monday, December 1, police raced to a stabbing on Wembley High Road. A 22-year-old man was found with serious injuries. Emergency teams tried to save him at the scene, but he sadly died in hospital. His family has been informed and is receiving specialist support.
Suspects Nabbed in Harrow
By Tuesday, detectives had arrested two suspects linked to the killing. A 22-year-old man is held on suspicion of murder. A 21-year-old woman faces charges of assisting an offender. Both were arrested at a Harrow NW9 address and remain in custody.
Police Plea: Community Help Needed
Detective Chief Inspector Paul Waller from the Met’s Homicide Command said: “We are grateful for the help from the local community. While we are not looking for anyone else, anyone who hasn’t spoken to police should come forward.”
Detective Chief Superintendent Luke Williams, leading local policing, added: “This murder has shocked the community. We’ve increased patrols and encourage residents to speak to officers if they have concerns.”
