Kent Police Smash County Lines Drug Operation in Mill Road Raid
On Monday 18 June 2024, Kent Police’s County Lines and Gangs Team raided a property on Mill Road. The search unearthed a stash linked to serious drug dealing.
Drugs, Cash and Phones Seized
Officers seized suspected crack cocaine and heroin, alongside digital scales, cutting agents, and cling film – typical tools for drug distribution. They also recovered cash and several mobile phones believed to be used in criminal activity.
Three Arrested in Major Drug Crackdown
Three suspects were arrested on suspicion of drug offences. A 24-year-old man from Brixton and a 32-year-old woman from Gillingham were later bailed pending further inquiries. A second woman arrested was released without charge.
The operation marks another blow to county lines networks exploiting vulnerable communities. Kent Police continue to target organised crime to make the streets safer.
