Murder Probe Launched After Deadly Croydon Stabbing

The Met Police have launched a murder investigation after a man was stabbed to death on Alpha Road in Croydon. Two others were seriously injured in the shocking attack.

Heroic Efforts Fail to Save Victim

Emergency services rushed to the scene, but despite desperate attempts with first aid kits and an AED, the man died at the scene. Neighbours described officers sprinting from their vehicles in a bid to save him.

Major Crime Scene Sealed Off

Alpha Road is now cordoned off as officers from the Met Police’s Tactical Support Group line the area. A large crime scene remains in place while investigations intensify.

Relatives Devastated as Police Hunt Suspects

Relatives broke down at the scene as police continue their enquiries. A Met Police spokesman confirmed:

“Police were called at approximately 9.10pm on Tuesday, 30 March to reports of a stabbing on Alpha Road, Croydon. A man was pronounced dead at the scene. Two other men have self-presented at a south London hospital with stab injuries believed linked to this incident. No arrests have been made at this early stage.
