Police Hunt Two Hooded Men

Inspector Mark Offord spoke out about the shocking incident: “Given the brazen nature of this public act, and the emergency response it triggered, we understand the impact on the community.”

He added that officers will patrol the town tonight to reassure locals. “Although the powder was harmless, we’re treating this as a crime. We urge anyone with info on the two men involved to come forward.”

The suspects are described as white men in their 20s, both wearing tracksuit bottoms, dark jackets, and hooded tops.
