East Cowes Mourns Fallen Princess Keziah, 6
A tight-knit community in East Cowes came together on Thursday night to mourn six-year-old Keziah Flux-Edmonds, tragically stolen from their lives. More than 100 shocked locals gathered outside her family home on Cromwell Avenue to pay tribute to the beloved Queensgate Primary School pupil.
Heartbreaking Vigil Brings Community Together
Revd Allie, the local church minister, led a touching prayer for Keziah. The little girl’s classmates joined in, their tiny voices whispering “Amen.” Neighbours and friends left a sea of cards, flowers, and cuddly toys at the doorstep of the family’s detached home in a moving show of love and sympathy.
Tributes Pour In for Bright Young Star
Keziah, affectionately known as Kezi, was remembered with tears and smiles. One of her teachers penned a heartfelt letter:
“Dear Keziah, I only knew you for a short time but in that time you made me smile and laugh a lot. You were a beautiful, bright little girl and wherever you are I hope you are still happy and smiling. RIP sweet girl.”
Another tribute called Keziah, “A very special princess who has been taken way too soon. We will treasure every moment spent with you.”
