29 Men Charged Over Child Sex Abuse in Calderdale
A staggering 29 men have been charged in connection with child sexual exploitation in Calderdale, with some offences stretching into the Bradford District. The vile crimes date back to between 2003 and 2010.
One Victim, Horrific Allegations
The charges stem from an investigation into non-recent abuse against a single female victim, who was aged between 13 and 20 at the time. The accused face a range of serious sexual offence charges, including multiple counts of rape and indecent assault.
Mass Court Appearance Set
All 29 men are due to appear at Bradford Magistrates Court on 7 and 9 July. Meanwhile, eight suspects arrested during the investigation have been released without charge.
