An 18-year-old man has died after a stabbing on Mazurek Way, Haydon End, on Sunday, December 4.
The teenager, whose name is legally withheld, now faces charges for carrying a bladed article in public.
He is set to appear at Swindon Magistrates Court this morning.
A separate 14-year-old boy has already been charged with the murder of the victim, Owen. The youngster is due to stand trial in June.
