Fuller appeared via video link from HMP Frankland at Medway Magistrates’ Court on Thursday morning. He made no pleas and only confirmed his name, date of birth, and address. He remains in custody and is set to appear at Maidstone Crown Court on November 3rd for the next stage of proceedings.
