Man Faces Shocking Child Image Charges
Philip Garrard, 51, from West Street, Fareham, appeared at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court accused of creating horrific indecent images of children.
Huge Haul of Disturbing Images Found
- Allegedly made 323 still and 605 top-tier Category A moving images between November 2014 and January 2020
- Also accused of 448 still and 189 Category B moving images of children during the same period
- Charged with 1,079 still and 110 Category C moving images in that timeframe
Case Moves to Crown Court
Garrard declined to enter pleas. His case is set to be heard at Portsmouth Crown Court on 7th February. He was released on unconditional bail ahead of the hearing.
