Man Charged with Murder After Hackney Assault
A 26-year-old man has been charged with murder following a fatal attack in Hackney. Romayne Husbands, from Winchester Road, E4, is set to appear at Thames Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 27 April.
Violent Assault in Trinity Close
Police were called to Trinity Close, E8, at around 12:25pm on Saturday 25 April after a man was found seriously injured. He was rushed to an east London hospital but sadly died from his injuries.
Met Police Launch Homicide Investigation
The charge comes after a full-scale probe led by homicide detectives from the Met’s Specialist Crime North unit. Officers remain tight-lipped as the investigation continues.
