Drug Dealer Jailed Over Eight Years After Caught Spitting Heroin and Crack
Fahim Mohamed’s Drug Run Ends Behind Bars
Fahim Mohamed, 21, with no fixed address, was slammed with an eight-year stretch at Hull Crown Court on Friday 29 October 2021. This follows earlier drug charges from Bournemouth Crown Court where he admitted possession with intent to supply two class A drugs and possession of a class B drug.
Caught Red-Handed Spitting Out Drugs
On 10 October 2019, police spotted Mohamed near Old Christchurch Road, an area known for drug activity. Officers saw him approach known users before detaining him. Suspecting he was hiding something in his mouth, police ordered him to open it. Mohamed spat out 34 wraps of heroin and crack cocaine.
More Drugs Found at Linked Address
Police then searched a nearby address connected to Mohamed. Inside, they found a small stash of herbal cannabis and rolls of cling film wrap—often used to package drugs.
Police Crack Down on Local Dealers
“We recognise the impact the supply of class A drugs has on our local communities and the concern it causes for residents,” said Police Constable Stuart Grant of Bournemouth South Neighbourhood Policing Team.
“We are committed to disrupting the supply chain and taking action against dealers like Fahim Mohamed. We urge anyone with info about drug activity to report it via www.dorset.police.uk, email [email protected], or by calling 101.”
