Designer Trainers, Rolex, Drugs: Surrey Dealer Busted in County Lines Crackdown
Drug Dealer Temi Ojeh Caught Red-Handed
Daniel Oluwaseun Temi Ojeh, 33, from Broomcroft Avenue, Northolt, was slammed with a jail sentence at Kingston Crown Court last Wednesday (25 November). The reason? He pleaded guilty to dealing class A drugs across north Surrey, hitting areas like Stanwell, Staines, and Ashford.
Police caught Ojeh on 7 July after spotting him acting suspiciously with two mates near Northumberland Close in Staines-upon-Thames. A quick search found him with two mobiles and cash. But the real shock came at Staines Custody Centre – officers uncovered nine wraps of cocaine and ten of heroin on him.
Luxury Lifestyle Funded by Drugs
Further digs at his Northolt home on 14 September confirmed what cops suspected. Hidden away were scales, bags, razor blades, £12,000 in cash, and enough drugs to supply 500 deals. But it wasn’t just drugs on display – Ojeh’s stash of designer trainers valued at over £26,000 and a flashy gold Rolex raised eyebrows.
With no legit job, officers reckon he paid for those blingy items through criminal cash.
Crackdown on County Lines Pays Off
Ojeh faced charges for being involved in supplying class A drugs, possessing controlled substances with intent, and holding criminal property.
PC Thomas Smith said: “Another drug dealer is behind bars, showing our relentless fight against county lines drug dealing in Surrey. Drug networks trash communities, bringing violence, exploitation, and crime with them.
“Ojeh had the cheek to fund his lavish lifestyle with illegal profits. Now, he’s in prison – proving once and for all that crime doesn’t pay.”
“The £12,000 seized is now held under the Proceeds of Crime Act. It’ll be reviewed by the Home Office in March next year, possibly repaying victims or funding public safety gear.”
“This arrest is a win for Surrey Police and the Metropolitan Police’s County Drug Lines Disruption Team.”
