Kent Police were called after a break-in at a High Street business in Ashford at around 4am on Monday, 16 August 2021. Thieves smashed a window and stole medication, sparking an urgent investigation.

Quick Arrest After Police Probe

Following a swift inquiry by Ashford’s Community Safety Unit and Local Policing Teams, 36-year-old Joseph Creasey of Wellesley Road, Ashford, was charged with burglary on Wednesday, 18 August.

Man Remanded in Custody

Creasey faced Folkestone Magistrates’ Court the same day. He was remanded in custody and will appear at the Crown Court at a later date to answer the charges.
