A brazen break-in rocked Bullivant Street, St Ann’s, on Monday, December 19, 2022. Thieves smashed a ground-floor flat window and made off with a laptop.
Suspect Locked Up After Court Appearance
Joseph Healy, 40, from Lawson Street, was swiftly charged with burglary. He faced Nottingham Magistrates’ Court on Monday, January 16, where he was remanded in custody. He’s set to appear before Nottingham Crown Court on February 13.
Police Vow Tough Action
“We treat all reports of burglary with the utmost seriousness because we understand how upsetting it is to fall victim to such a crime,” said Detective Constable Louise Turton of Nottinghamshire Police.
“The public can be assured that reports will be thoroughly investigated, and we will always do everything possible to bring suspects before the court as soon as possible.”
