Emergency services flew the injured man to a London hospital. He is receiving treatment for his injuries, which are not believed to be life-threatening.

Police investigations at the scene led to the arrest of a man known to the victim near Sea Road later that day.
Darren Duncombe Charged with GBH
Darren Duncombe, 49, from Westgate Bay Avenue, Westgate-on-Sea, has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent. He remains in custody and is set to appear at Margate Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 22 July.
