Man Held Over Series of Shocking Indecent Exposures Across Kent
A 19-year-old has been charged after a spate of indecent exposure incidents rocked North and West Kent.
Victims Targeted in Maidstone, Gillingham, Sittingbourne
Between 6 October and 17 November 2022, multiple victims reported being approached by a man in public places across Maidstone, Gillingham, and Sittingbourne. The suspect allegedly exposed himself and engaged in disturbing behaviour.
Suspect Arrested and Faces Multiple Charges
Police swooped in Maidstone on Friday 18 November, arresting Liam Ford, a 19-year-old with no fixed address. Just two days later, Ford was slapped with seven counts of indecent exposure, one count of sexual activity in front of a child, outraging public decency, and assault.
Magistrates Court and Upcoming Crown Court Hearing
Ford appeared at Medway Magistrates’ Court on 21 November where he was remanded. He is set to face Maidstone Crown Court on 19 December to answer the charges.
