Man Arrested After Shocking Sexual Assaults in Broad Daylight
Police rushed to Biggin Street at 4.30pm on Saturday, 22 June 2024, following reports of a man acting inappropriately towards women.
Suspect Nabbed Just Minutes Later
Officers swiftly arrested Jasur Islomov, 30, of no fixed address, on Pencester Road shortly before 5pm. He’s now facing two counts of sexual assault and a public order offence.
Court Appearance and Ongoing Investigation
Islomov appeared at Margate Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 24 June, where he was remanded in custody. He is set to return to court on Friday, 28 June. Police say enquiries are ongoing.
