Drunk driver kicks officer, refuses breath test in Box

Speeding from pub triggers police stop
On January 17, police on patrol spotted a black Mitsubishi Colt speeding away from a local pub on the A4 in Box. Suspecting drink driving, officers pulled the vehicle over.
Positive breath test sparks violence
After smelling alcohol, an officer requested a roadside breath test. Giblen-Price gave a positive reading but then turned aggressive, kicking an officer in the leg.
Refuses second test, faces hefty penalties
Arrested and taken into custody, she refused a second specimen for analysis. Charged with both offences, Giblen-Price was handed a 12-month driving ban plus fines and compensation totalling nearly £1,000.
