Folkestone Street Locked Down After Shocking Attempted Murder

Bradstone Road in Folkestone was placed on lockdown last night after an 18-year-old was stabbed in a horrific attack inside a flat at Bradstone Court.

Armed Police and Dog Unit Descend on Scene

Kent Police, backed by armed officers and a dog unit, stormed the street just after 10pm on Friday. Police vehicles blocked off Bradstone Road and nearby New Street, which was still reeling from a recent major drug bust involving 11 arrests.

Local Witness Performs Life-Saving First Aid

A neighbour, who wished to remain anonymous, told our reporter how she found the victim bleeding profusely from a neck wound in her flat. She said: “I woke up and saw him with blood pouring from his neck. I had to hold the wound to stop him bleeding before the paramedics arrived.”

The victim, believed to be around 18 years old, is currently in a stable condition in hospital.

Police Hunt Suspects After Violent Night

Another nearby resident said armed officers and a dog unit scoured the area, searching for a man who fled the scene on foot. Crime scene investigators have been collecting blood samples from the pavement and are conducting a full forensic sweep of the flat.

A neighbour revealed that the stabbed man had helped police recently during rooftop disturbances. “He was called a grass, and someone obviously came back to settle the score,” they said.
