Man Charged Over Attempted Kidnap of 14-Year-Old Girl in Portsmouth
Detectives in Portsmouth have charged Roger Seath, 41, no fixed address, with the attempted kidnap of a 14-year-old girl and possession of a bladed article. He is currently held on remand.
Shock Attempt on Kent Road
The alarming incident happened just before 4pm on Wednesday, October 5. Police were alerted after reports that a suspicious man followed and tried to stop and talk to a teenage girl on Kent Road.
