An off-duty Night Safety Marshal (NSM) in Brighton showed top-notch dedication by helping nab a wanted man last Thursday morning. Thanks to sharp eyes and quick thinking, the suspect was caught fast and brought to justice.

Sharp Eye Spots Wanted Man

While roaming the city, the vigilant NSM recognised Byron Taylor, 36, from Grosvenor Street, Brighton. Taylor was wanted for theft and skipping his court date. Without hesitation, the NSM dialled 999 and gave vital info that led cops right to him.

Cops Snap Up Suspect in 9 Minutes

The police wasted no time — just nine minutes later, officers arrested Taylor. At Brighton Magistrates’ Court on April 13, he pled guilty to theft and was hit with a £50 fine plus a £90 victim surcharge.
