Snodland Burglar Busted After Swift Police Action
Break-in Shakes Snodland Community
A daring burglary rattled Snodland on 16 September 2020 when cash, jewellery, and a motorcycle were swiped from a Brook Street property. The theft also included two cycles, which were later found at another Snodland address.
Wilfred Grant Nabbed and Charged
Police arrested Wilfred Grant, 30, of no fixed address, on Tuesday 6 October. He faces charges of burglary and theft linked to the Brook Street raid. Grant is also accused of meddling with a Mercedes 220 in nearby Rochester back in July.
Court Date Set
Grant appeared at Medway Magistrates’ Court the very next day. He was remanded ahead of a Maidstone Crown Court hearing scheduled for 4 November.
