Motorcycle Attack Shocks Crawley Morning

Police are hunting a suspect after a man in Broadfield, Crawley, was stabbed in a shocking morning assault. The 42-year-old victim turned up at Crawley Hospital on June 25 at 8:40am, showing wounds consistent with a stabbing.

Victim Ambushed on Fennel Crescent

The victim told officers he was attacked around 7:40am while on Fennel Crescent. According to his statement, a man on a motorcycle approached and assaulted him before speeding off.

Suspect Description Released

Authorities describe the attacker as a slim white male, late teens to early 20s, about 5’7” tall with blond hair. He was seen wearing a light-coloured long-sleeve top and matching light tracksuit bottoms.

Police Plea for Witnesses

Detective Inspector Jason Hazzard urged anyone who saw the attack or has CCTV footage to come forward. “While this was a distressing incident for the victim, we believe it’s an isolated case and not a community threat,” he said.
