Victim Kidnapped and Threatened Over Vehicle in Shocking April Attack
On Saturday 17 April 2021, a man faced a terrifying ordeal off the High Street. The victim was driving a Ford Transit flatbed truck at around 2.15pm when two men confronted him in a car park. Witnesses say he was punched in the face, dragged from his vehicle, and forced into the suspects’ car.
Victim Driven to Multiple Locations Amid Threats
The suspects then drove the victim to various locations, reportedly threatening him to hand over another vehicle he owned. Police have now released CCTV images of a man they believe holds key information. This individual is thought to have connections to south east London.

Arrest Made in Kidnap and Blackmail Case
On 22 April, cops arrested 29-year-old Danny Frankham from Water Lane, Harrietsham. He faces charges of kidnap and two counts of blackmail. Frankham appeared at Medway Magistrates’ Court the very next day and was remanded in custody. His next court date has yet to be announced.
